Hello Dear members,

I have to submit following documents please help me in 2 questions.

1- what is proof of relationship

Actually my friend is supporting me in affdavid of support

2- can I send print out of these following documents instead of real.

if it's a friend you don't need proof of relationship

that's only if you send the i864 and the household member files the i864A. proof of relationship is to send in in proof that you not live in the same household but you are related to the petitioner. such as a spouse, proof would be marriage certificate, or if it were a parent or sibling, it would be birth certificates

but the petitioner will file the i864 as sponsor and your friend will file another i864 as the only joint sponsor. he or she does have to send in proof of being a USC or LPR

Petitioner is 70 years old and taking Medicaid.

So in this case he still needs to fill out I-864 as sponsor and declare in the form that he has no earnings and has around 500$ in the bank account.
