Applied at the Canadian/US border. While it didnt take that long, the guy was definitely giving me a hard time though I am sure that is there job. I was hoping someone can point me in the direction of any threads or sites that can help with "what next" etc.

Curious about obtaining drivers license, changing bank accounts, applying for EB1 etc. Basically anything that helps with next steps!

Thanks all!

HEY! i am looking to apply for the same Visa ... what port did you go through? What forms did you bring with you? What kind of info did you bring? Did you have your US employer fill out the I-129 first or were you able to obtain the VISA on the spot?

I have been doing a lot of reading and man its confusing!
