confusing about eligibelity after divorce need help plz

hello guys i need help for filling on 3 years or 5 years naturalization??? Im LPR since 09/16/2010 i was married since Feb 2010 to the same same US citizen .on june 2013 i was eligibele to file for citizenship based on 3 years i met all the requierements was needed.but i got divorce on Aug 2013 after 3 years and 6 months of marriage and my questions : since i got divorce should i wait and i file based for 5 years or should i go ahead and file for the 3 years ? will my application will be rejected if i file based on 3 years even.I have been married to that U.S. citizen for at least the past three years During the past three years, I have not been out of the country for 18 months or more..thank your for your help.
