Just finishing putting the packet together for N-400

We came in on a 129F etc...and has a ten year green card

Part 4 information about your residence?

For the Date of residence do i put the date shown on the Green Card? or the date we where living together when she first cam down?

Also she has had her GC for 7years and we moved 2 years ago...Where we suppose to inform anyone? we did put our old address on the application, and living in the same town just a couple streets away.

Part 4 asks about your residence, not your permanent residency.

You need to put down the dates that you moved into and out of each address.

I'm confused as to who is applying for naturalization, you or your wife. You say she's had a green card for 7 years but you say "we" came on 129F... please clarify. I assume your wife is applying based on 5 years of residency. In that case she needs to list everywhere she has lived in the last five years. She should lair the start dates and end dates at each address.

Either way, a permanent resident is required to file an AR-11 form every time they move within 10 days of moving.

She is supposed to change her address as an LPR with USCIS within 30 days I believe. Of course I'm not sure how well this is enforced because I have seen a lot of people who fail to do it. In any case she should file the change of address form online BEFORE she submits the N400.

In part 4, "date of residence" means when she started living at that address. You put in the dates lived in every address for the last 5 years.

This does not constitute legal advice.

sorry my wife is applying for the GC and she came down in 2006 and recieved her greencard card in 2007. So what what do i do then in regards to the AR-11 should i fill it out now before sending out my n-400? even though we have been living here for 2years?

Yes. As I said before you can fill it out now and you should do so before sending in the N400. I believe it takes effect right away since it's electronic. It's painless and simple. I actually helped submit one for my cousin back in April after he had almost a year that he moved because we forgot to report the change.
