Hello VJ,

i know many people must of asked this but is there any point us putting affidivits into our i-130 petition? also if we do do they have to be a US citizen and noterised?

Yes lots of people do. We sent 2, but knowing they weren't worth much. One was from his best friend (SSgt in the USAF) and the other was from my mother (who was the minister of our wedding.) As I was/am low fraud (yay 8th Generation Canadian) I wasn't too worried about evidence and didn't want to send chat records or emails if I could help it. Plus we had a joint bank account already. If you're scrambling for something, then send it, but if you have some good evidence, then don't bother.

the evidence i have so far is; Chat loggs

various photos at differant times in our relationships

passport pages with stamps both mine and hers

copys of boarding passes

maybe a copy of our wedding invite?

we dont have any joint bank accounts or anything in both our names. i think we are a low fraud country too.

What you have is fine. :) the UK is, but if you're originally from somewhere else, you should treat it as if you're interviewing in that other country.
