Hi guys, so we are under the CR1 Visa and we paid Aos and sent our aos package over a month ago, never got invoiced for our IV fee yet. Is it true I can have my medical exam done at st.lukes as long as I got a NVC letter with just my case number, by that I mean I don't have any interview date yet. I have read some here, saying they got their medical exam after sending aos package. Just what if the immigrant has to go sputum exam could save a lot of time just for example. How true is this? I want to do mine soon with my husband, he's coming here next week! Thanks in Advance!

Yes, you can do the medical as long as you have the case number. That is what I did also. The moment I got the case number even no NVC letter or interview date yet, I had my medical done and next week I will be for sputum exam. Saved a lot of time indeed.

AOS Journey:

April 2 - USCIS received
