if you already married no need to worry anymore.. file adujstment of status, ead and ap now...

the september 16 will apply if you not get married before that day...you need to go back in our country...

K1 is a one-time visa that expires as soon as you arrive in the USA.. after that you have 90 days after arrival to get married...

Simple explanation is you had until November 4, 2014 to use the K1 visa and arrive in the USA... since you've already arrived in June, the November 4 date is a moot point... you are now governed by the 90-day rule, which ends on September 16, I guess...

Since you already got married, you don't have to worry about it...

No visa to extend, it expired the moment you entered USA.

Next step is adjustment of status. no deadline to do that, but try to do it as soon as you can.

Why?

Because your medical exam is only good for 1 year.

And you are out-of-status until you adjust it.

Your visa "expired" the second you entered the USA. Nothing to extend there.

Your validity for being in the USA now is the I-94 which is for 90 days from your date of entry (POE). As long as you are married before that 90 days expires all is good, relax... there is nothing to extend.

Once you have your certified copies of your marriage certificate start the AOS process.
