My wife and I are getting ready to file for File for Adjustment of Status for K1 Visa. I've been scratching my head trying to figure out exactly which vaccinations she still needs, or doesn't need. Especially since for many of the vaccinations that are technically required by US law ((Polio and Hepatitis B for example) are marked as "not Age Appropriate" by St. Lukes in the Philippines. So, I'm not sure if we still need these.

I actually have a copy of the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet from St. Lukes attached to this e-mail (personally identifiable information removed, of course).

Can someone take a look and let me know exactly which vaccinations we still need? (Besides the Tdap--I know we need that one).

Thank you in advance!!!

Don't they give the tdap at the medical? I know I got a shot. And it doesn't have anything to do with the X-rays.

I am about to file for AOS too and I am not sure If I am going to still need to fill out the I-693 for medical examination? Or no need to include it on the file that I will send for AOS?

As someone who suffered through a case of pertussis as an adult in a developed country (the japanese name for it translates as 100 day cough and I can tell you that's a pretty accurate description) I'd strongly recommend getting a TDAP even though it might not be required. (I had a TDAP when I was a kid, no booster, lost protection)
