Help Please!! AOS

Hi All,

So here is my concern... I filles sent in my AOS and I got A RFE for part 13 A1, so I called and he told me evrything else was fine except for the one number. I re-sent the AOS with the correct amount for line 13 A1 but now I am worried that I should have change the number on PR 6. 5 & 10 as well. This is so confusing and now that thw wait is 60 days I have no room for error. Can any one tell me if I did it correctly. Also I sent the IV & AOS package at the same time, they olny responded eith the RFE from the AOS, does that mean that the IV and supporting documents were ok?

I made huge mistakes on the AOS forms that I sent on behalf of my husband and step-daughter. Like you, I started to freak out. What I did was, I called NVC and told the SUPER NICE GUY that help me what I did. He told me to summit the papers again, put them in a folder with a copy of the barcode sheet on top, make a letter explaining what those documents are, and the reason why you are submitting them again, (basically something like "NEW AND CORRECTED I-864 FORMS"). Make sure to put down all of the info on the letter. Name, Date of Birth (of both of you, petitioner and beneficiary),Case number, Priority date. When they receive this new form, it will go on your file. Good luck and always call them. Sometimes, one gets lucky and someone really nice and helpful helps.

Thanks!!! I called this morning and was told if I put the correct number then all will be OK. He said my IV package was good. I just hope it's not another 60 days to hear back!!
