Are the kids in the petition? If not, they won't need to attend but do take a copy and photocopy of their birth certificate and a photocopy of their passports if they have one. Mostly couples take their babies as proof of their relationship but my sister was told it was not necessary, to just take a copy of the birth certificate and passport, the same with her stepson who is not included in the petition.

It isnt mandatory that the kids attent to the interview, you just take their birth certificate and passport, but many people take the kids to the interview too.

The rules says that they dont have to be present at the interview, but people go with the children at the interview.

When I was in my interview I saw kids there.
