NAO2 Approval Hard Copy

Can anyone help? I have had everything approved, received my passport back with my visa inside, just waiting to fly to Chicago now. My Immigration attorney has mentioned that I need the hard copy of the NAO2 approval notice in order to file the Adjustment of Status after the wedding, but I haven't received anything.

Can anyone tell me when and who usually sends this, and where it is sent? Myself or my fiancée have not received anything to my knowledge. I don't want to enter the States and realise I needed it before I leave. I don't want to delay the process any longer than necessary. Not working sucks!

It would have been your fiance in the states that should have received the hard copy of your noa2. A few people have also not received a hard copy. As to whether or not you need it for aos I'm unsure.

You will need to send a copy of your NOA2 approval when you file the I-485 .... "I-485 instructions, section "Initial Evidence" specifically 12B. "Based on Admission as the K1 fiance(e) of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen... Attach a copy of the fiance(e) petition approval notice..."!

If you can not find it get in touch with USCIS to order a replacement which should be mailed to the petitioner's address! You can go ahead and proceed with your travel and wedding plans though! Good luck to you!

It goes to the petitioner and should have gone about 2 weeks after the email notification of approval. He/she is the one who needs to order a replacement.
