I would like to know what forms I need to fill out since I will be needing a cosponsor for the K1 visa?

Unless you are going through London, both you and your co-sponsor need to fill out your own I-134 and provide most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. The co-sponsor will also need proof of being a USC or LPR. You have no timeline and give no details, so no one give you specific details about the consulate you will interview at. Financials are not needed until the actual K-1 visa interview. They are not sent with the I-129F petition.

Just going to Hijack this thread (Apologies to the OP) but I would like to know if my Fiance and Co sponsor both need to fill out the I-134 or does it just need to be the co-sponsor as they are the ones with the financially stability to sponsor me?

Many thanks

London has its own way of doing things that are not typical of most consulates, so you need specific info about London. They only need one sponsor, so if using a co-sponsor, the USC petitioner will not need to provide the I-134 > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

Sorry and thanks. I plan on using one of my father as co-sponsor's. He is a USC and financially well off. I actually haven't send in my 1-129F petition yet but I want to have all my ducks in row before I start the process. The consulate we plan to be interviewed at is in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I also have another question. I live with my mother but plan on my father being the co-sponsor due to him being more financially well off.
