Hello everyone,

I recently received an rfe (form I-130) questioning the validity of my marriage certificate? Further, they have asked to show that it's been filed with a civil authority. In addition to submitting another letter from the registrar, I was thinking about adding my name to my spouse's passport to prove the validity of my marriage. Is this something that they will consider? Further, If I do this, she will receive a new passport with a new passport number as well as the dates. Would this cause any further delays? Let me know your thoughts. Thank you all for all your help
