If you are just starting the I-129F, your fiancée will not have an alien #. (Unless she has been to the US before, then she might have been issued one). You simply write NONE where it asks for her alien number. You are correct, you only need a copy of your birth certificate...this proves your US citizenship. You only need a G-325A, passport photo, and letter of intent from your fiancée. Her NSO birth certificate will be needed at the interview.

Does my Fiance heed her passport in order to get an alien #. Does Alien # HAVE to be on I129F & G325? Also, I read one place that I need to include Birth Cert, for me, but not for her in I129F packet. Is that true?

As for having your Fiancee's birth certificate for filing the petition... NO it is not needed, only the USC need to provide proof ... such as his birth certificate. If she has ever been married you will need a copy of her completed annulment.
