I sent my n400 application after borrowing money from a friend $680 because I m in bad financial situation and my green card is near expiration date ..long story short I qualify for fee waiver but did not know about it till today, USCIS already cashed my check on 8 .5 .2014 but no FP done yet No interview still in acceptance stage..is there a way I can get a refund and try to re apply again with form i912 for request of fee waiver .!! Any suggestions or ideas ...thank you in advance.

Nope. Sorry, there is no way to get your money back. Even if you had sent in the fee waiver, if you include the check, they automatically ignore the fee waiver and cash the check. So in your case you already paid the fee and the application was accepted.

This does not constitute legal advice.
