Hi,

There is a paragraph in N-400 Documents Checklist:
"If you have a dependent spouse or children who do not live with you, send:
Any court or government order to provide financial support; and evidence of your financial support (including evidence that you have complied with any court or government order), such as... etc."

I am currently married to USC. I do not work as I have to take care of our newborn child.

I had been previously married abroad, divorced here in the US and have children living abroad. I no longer have communication with my previous spouse as well as my children and is not financially supporting them, my ex spouse has the custody of the kids.

Do I need any documents in this case, which I cannot provide one? Would these affect my citizenship application?

Thank you for all answers!
