Hey guys. I am just wondering I had a RFE since May 22 they said it would 60 days , but on July 17 it went back to Initial Review saying it was a address change . This happened after I send the I129 K3 visa application for my wife, my 129 is on initial review which is understandable, but anyone know why the I130 went from the RFE back to the initial review stage. My application is at the Nebraska Office.
I called USCIS but they said it was a computer glitch and would be fixed and they reconfirmed my address and said it was correct. So far it has not been fixed and I have not received any updates. Anyone else case go back to Initial Review . Any approvals or problems?
