ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE?

HEY ALL...

JUST WONDERING IF MY FIANCE IS GOING TO NEED TO BRING MORE EVIDENCE THAN WHAT WAS IN THE I129F PACKET WITH HIM TO THE INTERVIEW IN CASA...OR IS WHAT I ALREADY GAVE THEM GOING TO BE ENOUGH...PROVIDED THAT I DON'T GET A RFE...I AM JUST CURIOUS IF I SHOULD START COMPILING MORE EVIDENCE...

i think it would help if you tell us what you sent with the I129F form. Other than that, I would venture to guess that he should bring as much evidence as he can get since that seems to be a difficult place to go through in terms of proving the relationship. Good luck!

I would say that you will have to bring more evidence but I mean it in a sense that what you will be bringing is more of the same – such different form of communication (e.g. letters, e-mails, telephone records) – which prove the ongoing relationship and if you have made more trips since the filing then pictures and boarding passes should be included…Good luck!

As much as you can compile - keep logs of your chats, phone records, emails, letters, cards - any form of communication you have as well as pics and evidence of having met - pics w/ the family are especially nice! Good luck!

Tamer only brought one more picture, that we had taken when I was there 2 weeks before his interview But then again, we were going through Cairo and not Casa, so I'd say bring more, just in case.

I SENT EMAILS...PICS...BOARDING PASS...TRAIN TICKETS WHILE IN MOROCCO...I DID HAVE A LOG OF ALL OUR CHATS ONLINE BUT MY PC CRASHED AND I LOST EVERYTHING..SINCE I HAVE A NEW PC I HAVE BEEN KEEPING A LOG BUT MOSTLY WE CHAT WITH VOICE AND WEBCAM.... WE DON'T TALK MUCH OVER THE PHONE...WHEN WE DO I ALWAYS USE A PHONE CARD AS DOES HE....

We didn't have any evidence of talking over the phone at all.

Also, board, welcome to ME/NA forum. In the future, could you not type in all UPPER CASES? It's kinda hard on my eyes. Thanks!

My other suggestion would be taking advantage of the USPS and do some casual correspondence - maybe some cards, letters...nothing elaborate but I feel that it looks good for Casa purpose...you know that they are very, very picky...it never hurt to have extra...as for phone records I used the IDT "virtual" calling card that is able to provide you with phone call logs including numbers and time spent talking...

Ok. IDT is a company that provides various telephone services. You would go to their website:

www.idt.net

and look for the global call services. The way it works that you sign up with them using any credit or debit card, and make calls directly from any phone using their 800 number. The rate to morocco - cell phone is 18cents and even better to some european countris. What I like about them is that you don't lose minutes, can recharge at any time using internet or a phone as well as set up automatic recharging. You view all the details of your account on line and they don't steal your money - at least it has not happened to me. Now that Jamal is with me he loves it as much as I did back in the days...
