I have gone for my K1 visa interview at the US Embassy in feburuary and after the interview i was told that my application requires Administrative Processing and it has been five 5 months now, i have never applied for a us visa before and this delay is not good for me and my fiance, the case status was updated on 02/07/2014, and when we email them they said they are not done yet, that we should excesise paicient with them and this is frustrating for me and my faince, and for one mouth now when we write the embassy they dont reply us again. what should we do

Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do at this point but wait. If if should take longer than 12 months you have the option to get a 'writ of mandamus' issued by a US court, but you will need to get to that point first.

Stay the course and be patient. Good luck!

Putting is very simply, a 'writ of mandamus' is a court order telling the DHS to make a decision on your case. In order for that to happen a judge has to be convinced that DHS is taking much too long to make a decision, which may be considered abuse.
