Waiting for IV Processing Fee release

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread, but I wanted to post here to make sure I am current and understanding everything.

My wife is Canadian.

June 2 the AoS fee was received (according to NVC) and my understanding from talking with NVC a few times is that is a 30 BUSINESS day process until they will unlock the IV processing fee at which time we can pay that and fill out the IV paperwork online to submit.

Today would be 30 business days since submission of the AoS fee and still the field is locked. After reading some threads am I correct in my understanding that the IV processing fee "unlock" is taking 40 business days approximately right now?

How long after we submit the IV fee and paperwork (assuming less than 24 hours after we can pay the fee) could we hope for our interview to be scheduled in Montreal?

30 Days from AoS to IV

30 Days from IV fee to IV for approval?

30 Days from approval to appointment?

Thank you for your assistance through this confusing process!
