my CFO experience

yesterday I had an appointment for my CFO and it is not actually that dreadful. I came in late about 8:10 am or so. Prior to entering the building I was asked by the guard what country so I answered and pointed me at the front desk. the lady asked for my appointment letter and an id and hand me over an ID tag and told me to wear it and said to proceed at the third floor. Upon entering the room I was asked again by a lady which country and got handed over with a form to fill in. I filled it up and was ask for documents afterwards (marriage certificate (photo copy and original because they will compare it), copies of 2 valid id's, copy of passport) and then was taken a picture after. (the lady will ask you if the picture is alright so you can choose a picture for your certificate) . after which we were asked to go inside the room and we were over crowded so we were divided in half then the counseling started. it started around 9 in the morning and lasted til 1 pm but it was all fun since the counselor was so jolly throughout the session so everybody was just laughing and smiling. . then we waited for a few since we still need to have one and one interview with counselor prior to releasing your certificate. i heard one had to go back since she lack some documents they required but as far as mine is concern i wasn't for any documents during the interview. I guess the counselor was satisfied enough with all my answers. we took about 10 minutes or so during my interview. after that she instructed me to go at the ground floor and pay the fee and then the certificate will be released .

one thing though for those who will undergone it, it not an assurance that the counselor will not look or ask for any documents from you since most of those i saw was ask for some documents even chat logs (they may read that as well) so better be prepared and don't go there empty handed.

I have a question do i have to register online or just print out their form fill them and bring to their office?

yes you need to register online then print out the paper you filled up at their site. bring that with you:)

You definitely need an appointment online. As to the reg form, you can do that online, you can print it out and fill it in and bring it with you, or you can fill out the one they have there.

Don't worry about filling the forms up online...you still need to fill them out at CFO. You can print out the forms online and fill them in by hand, and then take it to your CFO (to help you fill out the forms there), but you will still need to fill up their registration forms when you get there.

Lol i mean only the Captcha i enter always says did not match when i entered the correct number or letter, both the link u give and Zedayn so i tried my luck on laptop first try it was success no hassle at all
