I-130 section D No. 2 have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? I filled for my mom which was approved, she got her visa and would soon travel down to the USA. I also petition for my fiancée at the same time and this is what i received after her interview "The I-129F petition and the recommendation for revocation was just returned to the National Visa Center (NVC) to be forwarded to Department of Homeland Securitys U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (DHS/USCIS) because the beneficiary failed to convince the Consular officer that she has a bona fide relationship with you. The case is on its way back to USCIS for review"...We have a 7years relationship but the consulate told her for 7years we only had 10 pictures...we got married now and have enough pictures, certificate and more to tender, so I'm filling the I-130... Please how do I answer that question? Thanks

There's no way to know. The I-129F is dead, since you've married, and are therefore no longer eligible for it. Marrying will not automatically cure whatever the problem was, and you should respond to any NOID they send you in case they are trying to stick you with a misrepresentation notation in your file (if you fail to respond then it becomes a finding of fact).
