HELP WITH CR2

Hello! My I130 was approved last december 2013. I already received the case number and filled up ds260. My mom filled it up. So this is the thing, after filling it up you need to wait for nvc's email to proceed to the next step which is the submitting of civil documents. Yeah, we already paid for all the fees. May 2014, i asked my mom to call nvc because it's already taking too much time. Nvc told my mom that they already sent an email two months ago regarding sending all the necessary civil documents(but we did not receive any so we're already 2 months late and we were just able to send the documents two weeks after the call). In addition to that, nvc told my mom that visa number is already available and they need to pay the visa fee. So now everything is settled with the nvc. All the forms and the fees. Last wednesday, my mom called nvc and they said that the case is still not closed yet. Today is the 30th day after my mom sent the aos but still no email from them about the case. Neither receiving false checklist. Do you think i am going to receive an email from nvc next week? Is there a faster way to have the interview this august because fall semester will start on the first week of september and i haven't submitted an application to the school?

Two weeks more? Does that mean within two weeks, i am about to receive a case close letter and an interview letter?
