For N-400 application with Marriage to US Citizen, it says I should include a tax return trascript from IRS.

It seems like IRS.gov has online transcript service.

Can I use the transcript printed from IRS.gov or do I have to go to an IRS office and get it certified?

Yes you can print and use the transcripts you get from the online service. That's what I did. Super convenient and No issues at all. Good luck
