Tourist Visa for my nieces and nephew at USEM

We already paid their tourist visa interview fee at BPI bank on a 3 separate payment slips and I need to schedule their interview appointment online. When I schedule them online do I need to register and create 3 email address for each person and then create their profile or can I just register 1 email address and from there I will create their profile?
