Hi guys,

I am new to the forums, however a friend of mine told me about this site that he had used to get his fiance now wife here. I am in the process of bringing my fiance here from the PI.I had filled out the G325 form for her and emailed it to her to sign. I was stupid not to look at the example sheet and may have filled out the form wrong. in the boxes that did not apply to her I had typed N/A in the blanks. In the Applicant's address, one of her addresses was too long so I continued it in the other boxes and notated in the city / province or state and country columns address continued below and put dashes on the from and to dates where the address continued on the other lines. In the applicants last address outside the US of more than 1 year I typed N/A in each section because it did not apply to her. In the applicants employer, the address for her jobs were too long so I did the same thing I did on her residence section. there were gaps she was employed and I failed to notate that. In the last occupation abroad section, I typed N/A on all the boxes. and same in the native alphabet. Lastly, in the section where it asked This form is submitted in connection with an application for: I checked other and typed K1 Fiance Visa. I used the PDF online form and filled it out that way and then emailed it to her. She already signed it and sent it to me along with other documented evidence i needed from her. What should I do? Will this still pass or will they automatically reject the information even though I will be providing plenty of evidence and front load the package. I feel pretty stupid right now because the package is on its way via expedited shipping and she is going to be upset I screwed up because she paid a good amount so I can receive it in a few days... Thanks to everyone who can answer my problem I created for myself.

You use the wrong form. You have to use G-325A for I-129F. Someone got RFE because used the wrong form.

Edit: no matter what you have to ask her to send her new biographic information with the correct form, G-325A.

my apologies i forgot to add the A. I did use the G325A form.

My opinion, she needs to send her new biographic information again but If you wanted to choose just send the application instead of course you could. But there is a chance you will likely get RFE because not filled out form properly according to the instruction. And if you get RFE at least you have her new G-325A when time to response and don't have to wait little longer she send it back to you.

i print screened it and this is what it looks like. I edited out her information because well privacy of course. i am sure i will get my pot pot handed to me. When filling this out do i just leave the fields blank if it does not apply to her? As for the address of her past and present residences, do I just put it on another sheet notated with the information it is asking in those fields? same goes for occupation history? in addition, do i notate the application as Form I-129F? thanks in advance to those who give me some advice. i feel stupid right now and like a dog with his tail between his legs. :(

Oh it's okay. I put my addresses like the way you do and also for my jobs history since I worked at same company before moved to main office in Jakarta for over 10 years so there were a lot spaces left for me.

Yes, if you wanted to correct it put none and left blank form some boxes as the instruction says.

My suggestion is to ask her to send the G325A form again but this time make sure everything is correct and if you don't have enough space you can add an extra sheet including her address..I did it for my husband I put both names on top and provided his address and signed it. I wrote that due to short space I was not able to provide his full address and therefore I decided to include an extra sheet. Even though she might get upset ask her for the form again. Getting a RFE (request for evidence) can cause delay to the process.

yeah i am going to have to face the music and take the blows. it is really my fault. however its better to do it right than to cause further delays with the process. we are hoping once i send it first week of july that it gets processed quickly. we have plenty of evidence from 100 pages of phone records to over 500 pictures of our trip to western union transaction receipts to...well you get the idea...however i am only going to provide atleast 5-10 pictures of each place we visited while we were in two countries. as for the phone records that is how we communicate and spend time together now since she has a US number and I dont get charged out the door with the phone bills.

That's a good choice. Ask her to filled out the form and if needs additional sheets do not forget ask her to signed and dated it. Also put I-129F for box "other" that you ticked. Most important that you have a proof have met her in person within 2 years. All you mentioned above like phone records mean nothing and not showing you have met. Focus on passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel billing statement where you have stayed or anything that showed you have met her at same place and date within 2 years. Those proof will be sufficient. Pictures together are good but only secondary evidence since people can make up the stamp dates on those.

I'm filipina also..what we did is..my fiance send that form via email to me..I print it..fill it with my hand writting and I sign it, I scanned it and send it back to him,no issue from USCIS. .just tell her to keep the original 1..its better to fill it in by herself..so she know the details exactly. .goodluck?

kumusta! they didnt request an RFE because it was not an original document? from reading the guide its important to provide the original document for the forms especially the signature. we talked about it and we decided that we will just fill it out correctly this time. i did mention to her if she can fill it out handwritten however she kept insisting to just fill the online form...on the fields where it does not apply do i just leave it blank? for the address form and job occupation can i just write in the field to see attached sheet for full information?

Good, she understood. It takes two to do Tango. My husband ( my then-fiancé) sent me all papers. Though I filled out the form G-325A by myself but I still sent it to him to double checked. We had sent back and forth all applications including I-129F that he filled out via email and Skype. Do not forget read and re-read again all instructions here. It is really helpful. I counted on VJ's guides for my I-129F until my K-1 visa, got approved I-129F in 38 days without RFE, and visa in hand in 143 days.

No we didn't. We had RFE because we didn't include my letter of intent to marry and death cert.of my fiance wife..even my intent to marry letter is just scanned..they accepted it..just to make sure she scanned it clearly, specially the signature..if you really dont want to spend more time to wait.. they will accept it..
