I'm not at all familiar with DORA, I'm afraid, but if you're really concerned you could always make an InfoPass appointment. My EAD and AP showed up roughly three weeks after my biometrics appointment. :) Yours might be delayed a little, but around a month seems to be about right.

Did you receive the 70th day letter telling you to apply for EAD and/or AP?

If so, it's because the process may take a while longer.

If you didn't receive the letter (like I didn't), then your 90 days are almost up, so you might get approved soon!!!

I was approved 84 days after my interview and about 45 after my Biometrics, but it didn't show up online until a week later. If you feel the need to, make an Infopass appointment and ask about your case.

Good luck!

nope I didnt receive a 70th day letter as yet. I noticed from your signature that you got a I-551 stamp in your passport, does everyone get one of those? I didnt get anything like that at the interview.

Also whats the infopass appointment - is it making an appointment to actually go into the office again?

thanks
