We are applying for k1 with derivative k2

And as i read we need to use I-134 from petitioner for affidavit of support for fiance ryt?

Change your profile settings, it states you are IR/CR-1 which is a spousal visa.

For K-1 yes follow your link. You can also follow the flashing arrow below this post for details on everything for Manila

Yes you need a original of the I-134

So your saying HANK... 1099 , W2 and letter from the employer and federal return tax are fine?

Copies of the 1099, W-2 and most recent tax return are fine. Employer letter is optional, unless you just started working there recently, just the same no harm in bringing one.

Copy of the divorce decree is totally fine for USEM.

CFO will want a copy also. ;)

hi guys...

good morning

do i need to notarised the affidavit of support?? and about CFO im just 25 do I need to have affidavit of parental Advice?? im done with medical yesterday and still waiting for the dates (appointment) to pop-up. I'm trying to contact the immigrant visa unit and their phone is just ringing(if an applicant received notice from NVC that his/her case has been forwarded to Embassy Manila, the applicant may call the Immigrant Visa Unit’s inquiry line at 301-2000, extension 5184 or 5185, during regular business hours to confirm if the case has already been received by the Embassy).... ( i just want to ask if they already recieved my physical file or the case from NVC because according to status tracker it's READY... and my petitioner already got the letter from NVC) and by the way about the vacination sheet.. on the upper right I saw the expiration date its august 31, 2014 ( 2 months and 10 days from now) does will affect my medical validity? (just confusing) I hope we got our lucky date already...

thanks for the replies

If he filed last month then he has a copy of his tax return, or at least he should have kept a copy. The IRS doesn't send anything back after all.

Have him make a copy of the tax return and email it to you.

Nope nothing needs to be notarized.

Advice letter... CFO is so iffy on that, sometimes they ask sometimes they don't. Are you a self-assured and confident person when interviewed? If you are not meek and shy I would bet they won't ask for it.

** From the Family Code of the Philippines: it's 21-25 years old for advice and 18-21 years old for consent. (Some have posted on VJ that they were not asked for this, yet others have been asked, so be prepared) Bring the ID of the parents, plus copies, postal ID should be adequate.

When did you get your MNL # ? If it was a few weeks ago more then likely the embassy has your case file. There is up to date contact numbers in my link... follow the flashing arrow below this posting.

The affidavit of support does not need notarized, it just needs an original signature.

The expiration date you see on your DS-3025 vaccination sheet is the expiration date of the form itself. It is not referring to the expiration of your medical. Your medical is valid for 6 months from the date at the bottom underneath the Dr's signature.
