Hello guys, can you all pls help me to review my I-751.. I'm about to mail it to uscis..

Here's my cover letter:

Dear Ma'am/Sir,

Enclosed pls find a joint I-751, petition to remove conditions of residence status of my wife namePlease also find a check for $590, fee for this form. Conditional residence of my wife name is based on our marriage and we are filing this petition together. Note that we have attached an additional list of our previous address and date since the time my wife became a permanent resident, as asked in part 3 of form 1-751.

We are happily married living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife name.

Enclosed also pls find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

= Application fee $505.00 and biometrics fee $85 total of $590

= Joint Application form I-751

= Copy of uscis form 1-551 (permanent resident card, front and back)

= copy of our marriage certificate

= copy of our joint income tax return form for the year 2012 and 2013

= letter from chase bank verifying of our joint checking and savings account.

= copy of joint checking and savings account 2012, 2013 & 2014 statements from chase bank.

= copy of statement of our capital one creditcard showing our both names on the account.

= my parents letter verifying we live together with them.

= copy of our car title under our both names.

= copy of our car insurance policy under our both names.

= copy of our humana dental insurance showing both of us are covered.

= copy of our joint carecredit card with the same account number.

= copy of our chase bank debit card

= Copy if our discover credit card with the same account number.

= copy of our quick silver capital one credit cards.

= Copy of our joint sams club card with the same account number.

= copy of our phone bills with printed paper that showing both of our phone lines on the same account.

= copyof our driver license showing same home address.

= copy of our passport.

= copy of our recent paystubs showing same home address

= copy of loan certificate invitation letter showing the same home address.

= copy of our flight tickets, hotel reservations and car rental receipt for our vacation in Chicago and Washington, D.C.

= our photographs together in our vacations and with family photos.

= some of our entertainment tickets together.

You may feel freeto inquire at any source of enclose documentation in order to verify the information we attached. If any additional information required pls let us know and we will comply.

Your evidence looks great. I would remove the copies of the physical debit/credit card (keep the statements!), passport, and marriage certificate. They are not considered evidence for the ROC. Good luck! :)

You can include the cards if you would like. I am thinking they are more interested in examining the statements with both names than the cards themselves. But feel free to include them! :)
