My fiance has been living in England but now needs to return to South Africa due to her visa expiring that allowed her to be in England. Her K1 visa application is now at the embassy in London, but there is not enough time for her to complete everything before she has to return to S. Africa. Is it possible to have her application transferred the U.S. Embassy or Consular office in South Africa? If not, is it possible for her to get an extension to the four month time frame that is allowed so she could get another visa to England and come back?
