K1 visa NVC to embassy transfer

hi visajourney just wanna spread my story. called NVC to check if they have my I-129f petition, and yes they have it already but the problem is the form is going to the Embassy in Riyadh that is 9hrs away instead of the closer one Embassy in Jeddah that is only 2½ hrs of travel where she live. NOTE" females in Saudi Arabia whether national or foreign national doesnot have alot of privilege. like going out of her own (for safety she needs someone to be with her going out) and driving a car from places. I called NVC twice they just told me to email them request of transfer I guess i am just not satisfied till i talk to a person that knows whats he / she is doing. i have already email them my request i am just worried about my application being lost and not making it to the right place.... any ,advices and opinions that i can do thank you

The Embassy in Riyadh is where those types of visas are processed, so that is where she has to go.

If you check the US embassy website for Jeddah, you find no info about applying for a K-1 visa there.
