I Would like to know which letters do i have to submit along with 129f and 2 biographic forms? I m confused about when to submit notarized parents of consent letter for minor to marry or is there any other type of parent consent letter needed if I can get sample i will appreciate. Also I was reading on this site to attach cover letter, fiance intent to marry, fiancee intent to marry letters. what shall I write since she is underage. shall i write this info as petitioner, I, (petitioner), do hereby state that I am legally With Parent’s Consent of My Fiancée able and willing to marry (beneficiary), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

and for my fiancee I,(beneficiary), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry with my parent’s consent with (petitioner) and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

at bottom she has to sign. can I submit just scan or fax copy? or need original?

Please help me out with all my questions. I will really appreciate it.

Some have received RFE (Request for Evidence) for not sending an originally signed Letter of Intent to Marry. Might as well have it mailed in from beneficiary to avoid further delay. The Letters of Intent need not be notarized. Best to include a signed G-325a too in the mail.

As for as consent letter for minor to marry, this is not necessary in the I-129f packet if she is old enough to be married in your state (Edit: as what Laser1 said). If her age doesn't pass the bar of minimum marrying age, then your petition application will then be futile, since you guys can't marry by the time comes (in case uscis overlooked this).

Thank you guys for quick reply!

I m from Cali, But Nevada state allows to marry with notarized parent consent letter if parents are absent if she is 16-17 yrs of age. so please correct me on my and her intent to marry letter if I have to make changes or need to write that we will be marrying in Las vegas clark county court with notarized parent's consent for minor to marry letter.

I am attaching consent for minor to marry form which is available on clarkcounty vegas site.

Also Can I use edited form attached below "parent consent letter" for US consulate? so please correct me on this too

Also when do they need parent consent letter from my fiancee? do she need to take during interview? or I have to mail US immigration?

I will be waiting for prompt reply.

Thank You once again!!
