What visa type? You haven't mentioned in your post and you don't have a timeline. I assume CR1/IR1 but did you file at USCIS or DCF?

Transfer to CSC January 7th 2014
RFE (eNotification) February 20th 2014 - RFE (Hardcopy) arrives in mail March 7th 2014
RFE Evidence sent March 10th 2014 - RFE Received at CSC March 11th 2014

Received at NVC - May 14th 2014
Assigned Case # / IIN / BIN - May 16th 2014

I am not following this thread anymore, so won't likely see your reply unless you quote me. If you have indeed been approved for I-130 (CR1/IR1) at the USCIS and are now at the NVC, then you would be best to follow/join the NVC threads http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/498764-nvc-filers-june-2014/

You should read the 1st post, which will link to the Wiki and spreadsheets. Read through the wiki a couple of times. At the moment there is a backlog so you can expect 3-4 weeks between stages rather than the 1 week it usually takes.

The spreadsheet will show dates from when documents are submitted to when people get case complete. The interview thread will show how long from case complete to interview.
