The June visa bulletin is out and F2A retrogressed to 01May12. How does this effect processing at NVC? My I-130 is approved and I just send in documents to NVC.

I had applied for wife as F2A but now I am citizen and have only yesterday send them citizenship certificate to update case to IR.

I want to understand the visa bulletin though. Does it mean they would not process my application once the clock ticks in June (tomorrow is the last working day of May!) if was based on F2A which at this moment it is per their record? Is june visa bulletin for applications that are to be processed in June or does it run a month in advance?

I also want to know to understand if it may have some +ve impact on my processing speed. Lets say if they stop processing the F2A category at the start of June, will it possibly reduce workload of embassy and maybe I can get a relatively sooner interview date? Maybe NVC will process a little sooner too cut-off date coming into effect for others?

Also am I at the border line right now? Will june visa bulletin become effective next Monday? I am worried if they gonna shelf my case for few days or week because of it?
