Brasil police certificate

I need help if anyone can help me, I received the second RFE or cover lost with files I need to submit to the NVC , now they asking for civil police certificate, my wife downloaded both civil and federal online. She made copies do what she sent but they are asking for civil police certificate. Now am assuming that they don't accept the online certificate? She is currently in the USA and need to know if she can obtain a police certificate at a nearby embassy or why the online certificate wasn't enough. Can someone provide me any information on how to obtain the correct police civil certifiable? This is soo frustrating if she would need to fly back to brazil and wait 20days for the police to provide her the records and then another 20-30daya for NVC to review and another month or so for the interview so upsetting!! Thanks you for any advise!

Online police certificates are 100% acceptable. My husband got his online and they were accepted without any checklists.

Alternatively, one of you could call the NVC up and speak to a supervisor to ask about this. It could just be a mistake on their part.

Thank I called them and they will open a case review with a supervisor. I have attached the Civil Police Report that we sent, can you confirm if this is similar to the one you got online?
