She hasn't been a nanny full-time for anyone. She has filled in a few times for others. I don't know about this particular couple. They may even be massage clients. I suppose they could say they've employed her for a while.

lying to immigration officials or on forms can result in a permanent ban. Its one of the things to never ever do.

She hasn't been a nanny full-time for anyone. She has filled in a few times for others. I don't know about this particular couple. They may even be massage clients. I suppose they could say they've employed her for a while.

They must be working with a manpower agency or whatever to have their papers done. I hope she's careful enough to look into the paperwork, otherwise she might face problems in the future if she was misrepresented or her docs have false information. All these employment background checks will be done during the embassy interview phase.

In any case, best to meet her personally first and plan from there.

I have no idea how they are going about the application or even if they're moving forward with it yet. We've already discussed keeping it all above board so there wouldn't be any problems later. This is all about meeting first Sweetcakes however I'm also optimistic about the meeting. I'm not one that would fly to Moscow on a whim! :) I'm twice divorced and want to make sure the pool is filled before going off the high dive! I do appreciate the advice to proceed cautiously.
