Your profile says "naturalization", so this must be for your fiance on a K1? If so, you are correct in choosing so, since DS-160 is used for Non-immigrant visa applications; Of which, K1 is classified under. Or maybe I forgot some details as to filling it out, which part of the online form does it ask for you to choose between non-immigrant and immigrant?

Also, when you have a chance, :time: . It helps everyone who uses the forum and those trying to help you out with your concerns.

If you already clicked submit (electronic signed) and have the confirmation page, no you can not change that DS-160, but you can mention the oops to the CO during the interview and they can update it there, OR you can do a new DS-160 and bring the new confirmation page to the interview.
