pleaseeee!! i need help!..im filling i-130 and 1-485, and i have a couple of question.

1. should i submit the original translation document of my birth certificate one for each? can i submit a copy? or just one original and a copy?

2. for the evidence of bona fide marriage, i only have the letters of my friends? am i gonna have any trouble if i only submit that as evidence, or should i send photos and letters from family to our common address?

3. on the form g-625a, at the bottom of it what should i put? my husband's name (petitioner) or mine (beneficiary)?

thank you

1. There is no need to send original copy of any documents to the USCIS, They'd not return to do if you do, since they accept photocopy of supporting documents. Should they want original copy of any of such, they'd let you know.

2. Nope, you wouldn't get in trouble, but you'd be at the safer side if you have enough, at least your lease paperwork that may proof that you live together. If you have pictures, add them.

3. Are you referring to form I-325a instead? It yes then, you'd need 2, one filled by your husband and one for yourself.

Hope this helps.

Here's the thing: form I -130 requires 2 passport pictures Each from petitioner and beneficiary.

If you are applying for work authorization form I-765, you'd need additional 2 (not petitioner's please)

If you also apply for travel parole, form I-131, you'd need additional 2.

So it depends on what you are applying for.

Hope this helps.
