Hey

It’s time to file N-400 and I just moved to another state temporarily to get my MBA. Should I file using my primary address where all my mail and bills go to or my new temporary school address?

Thank you

Untill december when I'm done with my MBA. I really dont have any utility bills or an apartment lease where I go to school to prove that I've been there for more than 90 days ( I live with friends)

What's on your drivers license? You'll have to show it, after all....

I assume you can prove your location of residence for the required number of days? Sounds from your posts that you can't!!!

Don't you think you might want to make things easy for the IO to approve you and not provide reasons for them to deny?

Hard as it might sound, perhaps waiting until you move back to your home state and are able to prove the 90 day residency thing without even thinking otherwise (I assume your school location is in another state in writing this) is a more reliable option?

Just suggesting it is all....

Agreed....why don't you just wait to finish up school, move back and make life easier for everyone involved. After all, the world won't collapse if you file for your citizenship later....or will it? o.O
