Hi Everyone. I'm in the process of getting everything ready to submit the initial petition for my fiance. He is a Korean citizen, and I have lived here in Korea for the past 5 years. I will be moving back to the States in March of 2015, at the end of my current work contract. At that time, I'll begin looking for employment. However, I won't have had any income in the States for the past 5 years. I have been filing my taxes every year, and so I have proof of my foreign income. I'm sure that won't be accepted though. Since we will be submitting the petition in the next few weeks, I'm assuming he will have his interview before I find any kind of employment in the US. So, is it our best bet to have my parents co-sponser him? Also, the proof of income or co-sponsor forms don't need to be submitted until my fiance's interview, correct? I'm finding the steps of this process a bit difficult to keep straight. Thanks so much for your help!

Getting ready to start this long process!
