I-134 form

In the oath and affirmation part talking about the social security act and food stamps, does that need to be signed or initialed?

In an older version of the form, a blank shorter line was kinda stuck in randomly and made no sense. I always thought it was some kind of form error. This one is longer and kinda looks like it should have a purpose, but I don't really know what. If you only sign the signature line, I'm sure you will have no problem in London. If you want to initial it, no harm done either. For the most part, you will turn in the form at the interview (document collection person) and not a word about it will be brought up by the interviewer. Bring an employer letter as your only proof of income and they will smile. London loves employer letters, but if you have other proofs like a tax return, that's okay too.
