Takes up to 2 weeks for the case to be forwarded to the NVC, Once there they will forward it on to the Cousulate/Embassy in UAE. Figure that will take another 2 weeks. So sometime within a month the case will be in the UAE and they will then send a package (large envelope I believe) to the Finance(e) in the UAE with many further instructions. Within a couple of weeks after NOA2 the USC can start inquiring with the NVS regarding case number and status. Though for us her envelope arrived in our mailbox in less than 4 weeks from NOA2 (see the timeline)

One more question..since it's very hard to know if I have mail in our box or not.how they will gonna contact me just to say that they mailed already the packet? So I can check in our box.thanks once again

Hi, does anybody here know what specific requirements abu dhabi gather for k-1 visa, if someone here experienced going abu dhabi for k-1 visa interview and also filipina..can you help me please? Thanks in advance

If you already received NOA2 then wait for 2 to three months and if you have not received any appointment letter within 3 months you have to send your inquiry on the website provided (contact information) for you to know the status of your case)..they don't send package to the beneficiary..they send mail - appointment letter to the petitioner however, to make sure that you do receive the first hand information you need to send mail to embassy...they do reply...

God bless!

after the NOA2 wait for 20-30days for the embassy to recieve your case... embassy take a maximum of 20 days to send you interview date. Interview dates are sent in email to the petitioner... stating the date and required documents... and a list of physicans from where you have to get your medical done before the iterview... before doing anything else... i suggest to sit back and relax until you get that email..

hope that helps

K1 uae, does the nvc usually send the notice by mail or e mail to the petitioner? Thank you for the help.

NVC sends no notice... its the USCIS sends you notice that your case has been approved and forwarded to NVC this notice is called NOA 2 and then you neva know that when it goes out from NVC to the cencerned Embassy... But when your interview is scheduled the Embassy in Abu Dhabi will send an EMAIL to the petitioner mentioning date of interview and other requirments.

Dont forget to make your timeline :) its fun to see others timelines and sometime encouraging too ;)
