Hey how is it going guys, I recieved my checklist today for my step daughter, I am confused on some things. For example my checklist says for example select an option in part 1 this is actually on both mine and my sisters checklist she is the join sponsor. We are sure we only checked one, also for ky checklist it says check in part 4 item 12 if I am in the military, I am sure I cheked no. So I am wondering if it is a system error.

Now where I do need a bit of help is with my taxes. I am currently unemployed, The last time I filed my taxes was in May of 2013 for the tax year of 2012. I worked up till June of 2013 and have not filed taxes since then, I am still unemployed. In the checklist it asks me to send my 2013 w2 and 2013 tax transcrips and 2013 IRS tax schedules. I am stumped here I did not send my letter stating why I did not file for taxes in 2013 is this the reason why they ask for the letter and these additional items? What should I do? Thanks a lot for the help!
