After I-130 approval, confused

varies. could be a week, could be 30 days, could be ming tian.

NVC is lopsided-screwy with their email thingies this quarter and last...

One more questions: Do I have to send the OPT-IN email? AOS fee is shown as paid now but I have not been invoiced for the IV.

09/18/13 - I-130 mailed
09/23/13 - I-797C Notice of Action received
03/10/14 - I-130 approved

04/23/14 - NVC received case

05/03/14 - Received Case # and IIN#

05/18/14 - AOS fees paid and DS-261 completed

05/22/14 - Electronic Processing OPT-IN, AOS documentations sent electronically

06/16/14 - Case converted to Electronics Processing, GZO case number assigned

06/30/14 - IV fee paid

How do I send the OPT-IN email? What do put for the subject line and in the body ? Is there a sample email in visa journey?

IR-5 for wife's parents:
3-24-2014: I-130 approved
4-08-2014: USCIS sent to NVC
5-07-2014: Case recieved at NVC
5-15-2014: Case number & IIN Assigned
5-21-2014: Completed DS-261
5-22-2014: Sent ENROLL EP email
5-27-2014: Sent AOS through EP
6-14-2014: Case number change from GUZ to GZO

7-04-2014: Sent DS-260 fee

7-07-2014: Sent Civil Documents

7-08-2014: Completed DS-260

8-27-2014: Case COMPLETE! YES!...YES!...YES! :joy::thumbs::dance:

Timeline

Ok, so I got an email today asking me to submit DS-261. The case number has already converted from GUZ to GZO. When I sign in with the GZO number it shows DS-261 as complete but it allows me to submit it again. Should I just submit DS-261 again?
