Hi all,

Just a quick question regarding the visa process for a 2nd time filer with the same person.

Long story short our visa was approved and i moved to the US last september however due to a loss of a family member it was not the right time to get married.

I did not overstay and left the US without Violating my visa conditions, with the intent to file again later. We re filed in february 2014 and it appears USCIS is past february and working on cases for march and later (California service center) .

I was wondering if it is possible our case may take a little longer for processing because this is our second K-1 petition together, and if anybody who has filed with the same person twice has had a similar experience? could this be a cause for delay?

Any helpful info would be much appreciated :)

Thanks all :)
