Is anyone lookin forward to the series on HBO Rome, new show on Sunday?

Me too - but without HBO I'll be waiting for it to come out on DVD.

I hear this is the last season - because the production costs on the show are really high (compared to other HBO productions).

The show is pretty historically accurate, but in terms of sheer drama the 70's adaptation of I, Claudius is still the best.

Admittedly, I did not watch each episode one by one, Rather, I watched the entire season over 3 days with HBO on demand!!

Good stuff!!

This may sound corny but I am kinda sad this will be the last season. I thought it was a good show. Very gripping.

Like Will33 I watched the shows on HBO on demand too... I am not much of series DVD buyer but this one I thought to buy. :thumbs:
