Hello, I am filling out the i-129F to start the K1 visa. My partner and I are same sex, and they live with their parents in an arab country. It is illegal to be homosexual there. So we have to be very careful about what paperwork might show up at their home.
Ok, they have filled out the g-325 with their home address.

I am filling out the i-129f, and on line 3.a I can list their mailing address and in care of. I intend to have their paperwork mailed to a friends house for safety reasons. But then on line 29.A - 32.F, it asks for their home address, in english and their native spelling. I believe Im supposed to put their home address there, not the mailing address. But I just want to make sure that any paperwork that will be mailed to them, will go to their friends home listed under mailing address on 3.a.
Is the paperwork mailed to them from the US, or the US embassy in their country? I was wondering if I can speak to the actual people that mail that out to make sure it goes to the right place. This is a very issues, life threatening mistake, if this goes wrong. Thank you.

The notices for the I-129F petition are mailed to the USC petitioner. If the consulate in the country where they will apply for the K-1 visa after the I-129F is approved mails out something, then they should use the mailing address provided on the forms. Some consulates only send an email, or have you pick up instructions in person. You would need to contact the appropriate consulate and ask them what their procedures are for someone applying for a K-1 visa there.
