Hello, i am very excited i got my case number today from NVC. I have been reading all over about the next steps but mostly confused on the whole online optin process. My understanding is only few countries are allowed to use that option? Montreal?

i am US Citizen sponsoring my wife from Pakistan. I have the case number and IIN number. They verified our birthdays and my email address only. How can i setup the online process?

The DS-261 (Change of Agent) and later the DS-260 are online forms for everyone (every country). Once you get your Case # and IIN # you will be able to start filling in DS-261, paying the Affidavit of Support (AOS) fee etc. Please read the NVC Guide here:
