Hi all,

Instructions from USCIS for attachments to I-129f are as follows:

If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration
Number (A-Number) (if any)
, at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your
answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

I (the petitioner) will have attachments from I-129F and for g-325 and I'm trying to figure out a consistent format to use for all attachments through the K1 process. As the petitioner should I listing my name and alien registration # (I'm a citizen by naturalization so have an alien registration number) at the top of each attachment (see bold text above)? Or should I be writing my beneficiary's name and alien registration number (when it becomes available) at the top of each attachment since after all the application is no his behalf?

Thanks in advance!

I am the petitioner also. I had supplemental pages for Question #34 on the I-129f and my G-325A. I did not write my name at the top of either of them. I titled each page with what it was (ex.Supplement I-129f Question 34 & Continuation of Employment Addresses for G325a). I signed my name at the bottom and dated these pages. I did not have a problem. Good Luck!
