Last minute question about format (I-130 packet) URGENT

For the official copy of our Japanese Marriage Certificate that we are submitting, the entire thing is stapled together on the left side like a book (this is how it was given to us by the town office). The first 2 pages are actually one A3 size sheet folded in half so that it acts like a regular double sided A4 sheet. For the translation of our Marriage Certificate, would it be better to submit the 2 halves of this A3 sheet as 2 separate pages (which is how they were created in Excel) or would it be better to print them both side by side on an A3 size sheet and then fold it in half and staple to the rest just as in the original?

Another option would be to provide both individual A4 sheets of each as well as the A3 sheet. Do you think this would just cause confusion? I would like to think that USCIS can just photo-copy them as desired if they want, but I really want to avoid an RFE.

I am going to be mailing my I-130 packet in about 2 hours from the time of this post. If someone could answer this ASAP I would really appreciate it. Thank you! (and thanks for all of your replies in the other threads)

Well, I ran out of time so I just went ahead and printed the translation on A3 side by side for the first 2 pages just as it is in the original official copy that was given to us by the town office. I put the papers in order in the same way and just paper clipped them together using 3 paper clips on the side. Hopefully there isn’t a problem with this method.
